Artist Statement: My name is Kris Raftopoulos. I live and grew up in Pentiction; I am a member of the Pentiction Art Gallery. I also to go life drawing to draw a live model, and draw and paint outdoors when the weather permits. I paint with alcohol inks, draw with graphite, and pencil crayons. I have in the past painted with oils, and watercolour. I am a self taught artist. My main subject is abstract; I capture creative shapes and brilliant colours, my main focus is the emotions, and capturing the essence of beauty.
